ALL'OMBRA DEL TIGLIO

The holiday farmhouse All'Ombra del Tiglio is in Pistoia, in one of the most charming areas of Tuscany and a few kilometres from Florence, Pisa, Lucca, and Vinci. The holiday farmhouse, obtained from an ancient furnace of the 1700s, recalls the Tuscan life style of living well in harmony with the environment. Our guests can enjoy the pleasures of their holiday, immersed in the peace and perfumes of the vineyards and olive groves. With the most important cities of art nearby, All'Ombra del Tiglio will suggest you where to taste the delicacies of the tuscan traditional cuisine and will invite you to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside. The Farm is destined to the production of extra virgin olive oil, and to the Chianti Montalbano DOC wine. In our garden, you can find a great variety of fruit and a small vegetable garden.  The rooms were renovated respecting their original structure, taken care of down to the finest detail, and equipped with air conditioning, heating system, private bathroom, Wi-Fi, and they are destined to non-smokers. Earthen tiles have been used for the floors, while the internal stairway is in "pietra serena" (light sky blue colour sandstone), and the beams of the ceiling are fully exposed. Everything has been realised in order to satisfy at the best the needs of every guest.  Only far 3 Km from the historical centre the city of Pistoia, with its narrow roads, squares, and shops, is an ideal hideaway. Here you can find any kind of activity: local handmade products, restaurants, gastronomic specialities, and other commercial realities.
