Fattoria del Colle is winery and a farmhouse for holidays in Tuscany, South of Siena, located between Crete Senesi and Val d'Orcia, an intact corner of Tuscany, still unknown to most. The property overs 336 hectares, cultivated as grains, olive groves, and 18 hectares of vineyards.    It is made up 18 apartments, two swimming pools, a tennis court, rooms with private bathroom, a villa with private swimminpool, a restaurant, a cooking school and a wellness area. Simple country hospitality is offered to guests in what were once peasant dwellings. Furnished with antique furniture but with modern comfort. Fattoria del Colle is one of the few monumental estates to be open to the public for tours, and lived in by the owner Donatella Cinelli Colombini. The Osteria di Donatella restaurant is inside the 16th century estate Fattoria del Colle and serves traditional dishes from the Sienese countryside matched with the great red wines from Donatella Cinelli Colombini 's the two wineries, Fattoria del Colle in Trequanda and Casato Prime Donne in Montalcino where she produces Brunello wine
