FATTORIA IL MILIONE

The farm house Fattoria Il Milione is located at Poggio Arniano, nestled upon the first hills of Chianti, just above the Certosa of Galluzzo, only 4 km from Florence. The rustic but elegant setup of the venue offers a relaxing atmosphere amongst the nature, a strategic position for a true tuscan holiday, only a 5 min car ride to the highway and the Firenze-Siena motorway. A spacious park rich of olive trees, vineyards and fruit trees, features also two lakes, an open air swimming pool, tennis court and mini-soccer field. 

Guests units range from 22 to 60sqm and can sleep from one to four adults. Not just a room, but a real home away from home! Between the 10 accomodations of the Fattoria you will certainly find the one that is right for you, whether for a weekend getaway or for a longer stay. Every unit is equipped with satellite tv, self adjustable air conditioning (upon request and with separate charge), bathroom (some of them with spa bath or hydromassage shower), cooking area or full kitchen, inclusive of dishwasher and washing machine. Bed and bath linen are included in the rates, not included daily cleaning and change. 

Breakfast is available, upon request, at 8 euros per person. Air conditioning is extra 12 euros per day. Tourist tax, to be paid at the venue,  is 2 euros per person older than 12, per day, for up to 7 nights. Free wifi in lobby area.
