Built in the 18th century on a medieval hamlet linked to the Via Francigena, this refined residence is surrounded by a park of holm oaks and cypress trees, perched on a scenic hillside. The villa is elegantly furnished as a private residence, welcoming both guests and friends. A large circular garden at the entrance, once an ancient hunting roccolo, makes it an ideal venue for events while preserving the original features of the 18th-century estate.

With a total of 24+2 sleeps, the villa offers on the ground floor three spacious halls—two with fireplaces in pietra serena stone and one with a piano—each opening directly onto a semi-circular terracotta solarium. Also on this floor, there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower. The floor is completed by a study, a bar area with a professional espresso machine, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, two refrigerators, a freezer, an electric oven, a microwave, kettles, a toaster, and a juicer. Additionally, there is a laundry/wardrobe room, a card room with a TV, a billiard room, a fitness room, a relaxation area with table tennis, and a bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor, there are three twin bedrooms and five double bedrooms, one of which features a panoramic terrace. Each bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the lower ground floor, there is a relaxation room with satellite TV and access to the pool area, as well as a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a guest restroom. The villa also includes a laundry room and a pantry. Pets are welcome.

In the annex, there are two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The historic park features an infinity pool (6×12 m), a barbecue area with a gazebo, a hot tub next to the pool, a playground, and a volleyball court. Wi-Fi is available indoors and outdoors.
