In the heart of Tuscany, about 800 meters far from the little medieval village of Montaione, is located Agriturismo Podere I Colli. The vineyard and the orchard make a wonderful frame of the cottage, finely renovated and furnished according to the features of ancient Tuscan farmhouses, with original vintage furniture, composed by two apartments, communicating in case of need. For this, it can be used even as an unique house with the entire park and the exclusive swimming pool at its full disposal. The ancient farmhouse has been fully renovated in the respect of typical Tuscan buildings, with particular attention to the maintaining of the style, the care of details, the terracotta floors, the masonry kitchens, the ceramic tiling of bathrooms, the tapestries combined with warm colours of rooms and vintage furniture, creating relaxing atmospheres for your pleasant stay in Tuscany. The house is available as unique accommodation for families, groups of friends or colleagues with the entire big outdoor area composed by the entrance with automatic gate, private covered car park, outdoor living room, garden and exclusive swimming pool. However, being structured in two independently organized units, arranged on two floors with living area on the ground floor and sleeping area on the first floor, guests can decide to book only one of the two apartments, taking advantage at the same time of dedicated outdoor space. The building is provided with a secondary basement room and a green area with some games for children. In the wide park fully enclosed there is a beautiful infinity pool 6x12m with a jacuzzi in the corner, shower area, terracotta paved solarium with sunbeds, sun chairs, umbrellas, little tables, chairs and living room corner, to spend hours relaxing surrounded by the nature of the typical Tuscan landscape. All this is placed on an amazing panoramic terrace. The road access is pointed out by the entrance in Via Sanminiatese. Once passed the big gate with columns, you can reach the house driving for a very short stretch of white road among olive trees with an unique landscape view of the countryside.
