I Tusci Villaggio Residence Club ** R.T.A. Golfo di Follonica – Loc. Puntone - Tuscany THE POSITION It lies directly on the beach, really “pieds dans l’eau”. It is situated 380 mt far from Hotel Corte dei Tusci, it is part of the same complex, with which it shares some of the services. The two areas, not connected by any inner path, stretch on the same shore. Follonica is roughly 2 Km far. Pisa airport Km 110. Follonica railway station Km 3,5. DESCRIPTION It consists of small  houses (ground floor and first floor), set in the beautiful pine-wood, and of two typical wood cottages called ”cabane” that face the beach and reflect the same comfort standard of the whole Residence. THE BEACH Sandy beach, free or private  and equipped, from 15/5 till 15/9, optional service, at extra charge. APARTMENTS 72 apartments 4 of which cater for disable people, they all have kitchenette, box shower, hair dryer, air conditioning, telephone, TV, safe. one-room apartment  2 beds: (mq. 22 + equipped balcony or patio) living room with double or sofa bed; one-room apartment 3/4 beds: (mq. 23/26 + equipped balcony or patio) living room with double or sofa bed and 3rd single bed. The 4-bed studio has a bunk bed. The apartments called “cabane” have a double bed, do not dispose of a patio but of an open gallery. Two-room apartment 5 beds: (mq 44 + 2 equipped balconies or patios) living room with double or sofa bed, room with double bed or twin beds plus one single bed, double bathrooms. FACILITIES In the Hotel area (380 mt): reception, restaurant (meals can be booked), lobby with small TV and reading rooms, small library, air-conditioned inner bar, pool bar. At the Tusci Residence there is a small bar operating at fixed times, (open from 01/6 till 12/9), 2 washing machines for common use, small playground in the pine-wood.  Unattended, outdoor car park in front of the Hotel, one car park guaranteed per unit for Residence guests. Newspaper shop in the Hotel from 01/6 till 12/9. SPORT AND ENTERTAINMENT The Club Card includes access to the two Hotel pools, one of which is for children, with sunbeds; table tennis, bowls, darts, beach volley, canoe and windsurf with reservation, morning work out, acquagym, aerobic, salsa and merengue classes, Village Dance. Day entertainment with games, relax tournaments, swimming, archery and canoe group classes. Night entertainment: with shows and late piano bar. Baby Club 4/8 years, Mini Club  8/12, Junior Club 12/16, at fixed times, 6 days a week. The two pools lie in the Hotel  and also night entertainment take place in the Hotel area, while sport and playing activities can take places in both Hotel or Residence area. At an extra charge: bike rental. PLEASE NOTE The 2-star class  is determined  by the distance from the main services (Reception, restaurant, pools, parking etc), but all  the comforts of the accommodations have to be considered of higher level. The Residence area is connected with the Hotel area by a pedestrian path protected by guard rail, and by the beach. A  new pedestrian/bicycle lane links the complex with the outskirts of Follonica, on one side, and with the beginning of Puntone on the other side.
