IL VECCHIO POZZO

Il Vecchio Pozzo Agriturism was born in 1998 within the Santa Maria farm. The farm house, formely identified in the oldest maps with the name of Casa Affitti, overlooks the surrounding 50 hectares of land destinated to extensive crops such as wheat and sunflowers. In the garden there a playground for kids, a barbecue and gazebo with tables. There are also, curtyard animals and an orchard. For guests is possible to visit the farm with the owners, walk or cycle in the farm. ( Bycicles are avaiable in our structure ). The agriturism is near to Venturina Terme in which there are many shops and supermarkets and Thermal baths of Calidario. The most beautiful beaches are easily accessible by car. The Baratti 's Gulf, the Fairy 's Hole in Populonia, sandy beaches in San Vincenzo or the Rimigliano Park and the Sterpaia Park with their large pinewoods, have also dog beaches (that are allowed in our structure). All our flats are pleasent to live thanks to their roominess and luminousity: a big living room, furnished with a sofa and a completely equipped kitchen, a big double-room and a bathroom. All flats are been restored enhanching the value of the original characteristics, neglected and almost lost: an old chimney, a ceiling with beams or vaults that make the ambient warm and confortable.
