We are located on the hills of Pescia, near Lucca, halfway between Pisa and Florence. Ours is an area surrounded by authentic medieval villages and typical restaurants with Tuscan cuisine and large gardens.   Our property is very large and includes over 30 hectares of natural park with rivers, woods and gardens, within the European Natura 2000 site "Alta Valle del Torrente Pescia", a special area for conservation. This environment guarantees cool summers and a very pleasant temperature. We adopt eco-sustainable policies and support the conservation of our natural park through our customers. The property consists of 2 old houses dating back to 1700, renovated and divided into 4 large independent apartments complete with every comfort. In our park there is a large parking area (also for large vehicles or minivans), a bio-lake, a large barbecue area, tables for outdoor dining, wifi in the common areas, volleyball, shooting. arch, table tennis, slackline and hiking trail.   We specialize in holidays for families, 4-legged friends and groups up to a maximum of 20 people. Our structure is ideal for regenerative stays immersed in nature, for lovers of sport, wellness and authentic villages.
