PINZALE

The Agriturismo Pinzale is only 3 kilometers from the next highway, not far from the city of Pisa. It has an idyllic location, in the middle of the wheat and sunflower fields. It is an ideal place for relaxation and recreation, but within easy reach of cultural and historical cities or the beach. 

The house has 3 apartments, which can be booked separately or as a block. The apartment of the administrator is in the back part of the house. The estate is completely fenced, and there is a 6 x 12 meters pool, a playground for children and a large covered terrace, as well as a Boccia track (bowl game). There is a pizza oven and a grill for barbeques. The big living room on the ground floor apartment is also suitable for conventions or private dinner parties or other activities, when the house is rented to a larger group. The house has air conditioning in the summer, and is heated in the wintertime.   

The apartments are located on the three floors and can be occupied either separately, or together, for families or larger groups. From the pool area, you have access to the ground floor. The access for the other 2 apartments is upstairs. The estate has 1500 m² with parking, the grassland behind the house, the Boccia track and the pool, where you also find the sunshade. 

Our apartments have different sizes and facilities. Girasole 1 has 2 bedrooms and 5 beds. On the ground floor, the sleeping area is in the back part of the apartment (2 rooms, 1 triple e 1 double, bathroom). There is a big kitchen (80 m²) and near the laundry.  

Girasole 2 has 5 bedrooms, 10 beds. On the first floor 5 double rooms and 5 bathrooms, 2 with their own ones and 3 with 3 bathrooms beneath. Girasole 3 has 3 bedrooms, 6 beds. On the second floor 3 rooms, 1 triplebed with its own bathroom and 2 double with 1 bathroom beneath. In the winter, the fireplaces on the second and third floor create a nice atmosphere. The floors are partially still covered with the antique, typical Tuscan “terra cotta”.
