We try to realize our client’s dreams and make their vacation special and unique, we pay attention to every detail because it makes the difference. The happiness of our guests is our goal! THE CHARMING OF THE PROPERTY – THE LOVELY ROOMS Each of the 22 bedrooms and suites at Il Falconiere is decorated individually and has amazing views over the vineyards and the olive groves. The simple combination of antique furnishings, magnificent fabrics and modern and traditional textiles creates a scene of timeless elegance and comfort. Each bedroom is individually designed and decorated by myself to give it a unique 'feel' and atmosphere.   RESTAURANT: 1 MICHELIN STAR The restaurant at Il Falconiere offers fine dining in beautiful surroundings using only the finest local produce and lovingly prepared by myself and my staff. Here the Tuscan cuisine has the maximum of expression: an unforgettable experience! We have also a very interesting program of cookery courses, they are vary in duration and level and my kitchen is the best place to discover the delights of Tuscan cuisine.   THESAN ETRUSCAN SPA : AN EMOTIONAL BREAK Our Emotional Spa is cocooned within the walled garden of the hotel grounds and is ready to awake all guest’s senses through environmental harmony, luxury and exclusivity. We use natural products from the surrounding territory: olive oil, grapes, wine, and aromatic herbs, all recognized as great anti-oxidant. Together with honey and lavender, they will pamper and sooth the body and soul. The treatments and warm atmosphere will leave our guests renewed with natural vital energy.   BARACCHI ESTATE The Baracchi Winery is located inside of the property of Il Falconiere. Riccardo strongly desired to continue the family tradition of grape growing and wine-making, which began on the 1860 adding now a modern and high quality character. Riccardo’s philosophy is : to make a great and outstanding wine it means to work hardly in the vineyards.
