TENUTA LE BRUSCOLINE

The “Tenuta le Bruscoline” farmhouse is surrounded by the green hills of the Tuscan Maremma, with a panoramic view on the medieval village of Massa Marittima and the valley below. You can choose between an apartment in a large farmhouse or an independent villa in the woods. The farmhouse “Il Casale” features stone walls, chestnut wood beams and hand-made ceramic floors, according to the Tuscan tradition. The apartments (about 60 square meters) consist of a living room with fireplace and kitchen, two bedrooms, and a porch where you can have lunch in the open air; the furnishings are made of handcrafted solid wood; guests have access to a large garden, grill and wood-burning oven for pizzas. Next to the farmhouse there is a huge park of holm oaks, where you can take long walks in the shade. “La Casina” is instead an independent villa of almost 100 square meters, with kitchen, large living room with fireplace and bedroom; there is a large porch and a grill. This property also features stone walls, handmade ceramic floors and solid wood furnishings. The guests of the farmhouse can take long walks or bike tours in the more than 20 km of paths of the estate, among woods, meadows and historic olive groves. The farm is ideal both for those looking for a relaxing holiday, and as a starting point for trips to the sea (just 25 minutes) or to the splendid Tuscan villages. Your pet friends are welcome.
