Tenuta San Galgano is a prestigious residence, located in the fascinating and noble Sienese countryside, the structure enjoys absolute privacy and has a maximum accommodation capacity of 10 beds. 350 sqm stone villa dating back to 1700, renovated and fully furnished (with fine furniture and paintings), alarm system, video surveillance, LED lights and heating.   The Villa is distributed as follows: Ground floor - fully equipped kitchen with large and old outdoor oven + elegant wooden gazebo with tables and chairs, sun beds and barbecue - ideal cellar for the aging of fine wines and for the maturing of meats and cheeses - large bathroom with sink and shower - room with washing machine and home hygiene products - billiard room with corner for tasting Tuscan liqueurs and cigars / pipes - library / painting room with piano and double sofa bed (with super comfort mattress) - garage / technical room. First floor - the first floor is accessed by the ancient internal staircase in pietra serena and we find: a large living room with large TV and satellite system, DVD player, wifi system and CD player. The ground floor is handmade Tuscan terracotta and the first floor is natural oak. Externally we find 250 square meters of restored ruins that create a beautiful courtyard at the back of the Villa with an ancient hearth well connected;The estate with 50 hectares of land, in addition to the private swimming pool, is for the exclusive use of guests.   The estate is located within 2 uncontaminated natural reserves (Val di Farma and Val di Merse), the same, is crossed by a fascinating stream and its happy position allows its lucky guests to enjoy absolute privacy. The estate has 30 hectares of arable land, 20 hectares of forest with wonderful old oak trees, a truffle land and over 100 varieties of native fruit trees. The Farma stream runs alongside part of the property and the famous Canaloni del Farma is located about 800 meters from the Villa. The house and park were part of an ancient hunting lodge that belonged to the Luriano lordship (a noble and well-known Sienese family).
