Welcome into our world ! Our property is located in such a charming district, both from a natural and historical point of view! You will rarely find 2,000 hectares of land made up by vineyards, olive groves, woods of Turkey oaks, chestnuts and cluster pines, three ancient villages (Palazzuolo Vecchio, Montemaggiore and Cortinova – Marrocco) with swimming pools, a synthetic tennis court and two luxury villas (Villa Stroncoli and Villa Le Tornaie), with private swimming pool, spa and no neighbourhood. History tells us about an exoteric place, inhabited by Templars and by the Etruscans, important junction between the Maremma region and coastal and hilly areas. Many of our country houses were built with the remains of the first buildings that were destroyed because of the struggles between Siena and Arezzo. Spending your holidays with us means losing yourself into a magic atmosphere, where past and present meets within the peaceful Tuscan countryside. We will be happy to organize your “Tailor Made” holiday. Villa Le Tornaie Villa Le Tornaie has Roman origins, and has been refurbished by keeping its beautiful “pietra serena” façades untouched. The superb stone arch in the courtyard is probably the oldest part of the house. The Villa, just 800 metres away from Palazzuolo, overlooks its own vineyard, from which we create our Chianti Le Tornaie, and it is surrounded by a lovely garden and an ancient forest. Villa le Tornaie has two separated floors, accessible by an outdoor staircase. It has been elegantly decorated with original antique furniture and equipped with all the best amenities, to ensure an unforgettable and relaxing holiday experience. The Villa offers an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, wet facilities (sauna and steam bath), a six-places Jacuzzi, as well as a retreat and relax area. The villa is available all over the year with the possibility of renting only the first floor (Level 1 – La Villa & La Loggia) Surface: 600 square metres – 14 places + up to 4 additional beds. Palazzuolo Vecchio Village  Palazzuolo Vecchio village rises on the ruins of a castle, located in the province of Arezzo, destroyed by the Sienese army in the year 1100 AD.The complex is composed by 5 apartments, from 2 up to 6 places, surrounded by a marvellous garden with 2 barbecues, each one with its own private space with garden furniture.The swimming pool is located 150 metres from the apartments, next to the pinewood and to the synthetic tennis court (which is available to all guests on reservation). The view is lovely: from here you can admire the Mount Amiata, Siena and its towers.
