The Ciocco bike circle is located within Il Ciocco, a 600-hectare estate on the slopes of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines in the municipality of Barga. Since 1991, when it hosted the World MTB Championships, the Ciocco bike circle has offered a space for everyone, with trails of various types and varying difficulty.
The presence of hotel and restaurant facilities in the same space makes the bike park an ideal place for cycling team retreats, competitions and cycling tourism events.
The park offers trails for all types of cyclists, from the 4.5-kilometer enduro trail that descends from an altitude of 1.300 meters to the heart of the bike park, to the 3.8-kilometer XCO trail with technical passages and flat stretches. Last but not least, 70 kilometers of trails designed by the staff for families and cyclists in general.
The Ciocco bike circle also boasts a 200-meter indoor modular pump track for fans of the discipline.
A bike shuttle service is available by reservation, allowing you to ride comfortably back up to the starting point of the enduro trail.
Bike and equipment rental, tool station, bike storage and the ever-present bike wash are available inside the park. The bike park also offers a bike delivery service, guided tours in the area and a school for beginners managed by the Master Teacher Promotion and the Very Young.
The Ciocco Bike Circle is open year-round with varying opening hours and closures based on events.
