Dream Woods (Selva di Sogno) is a sculpture park created in the woods in Casole d’Elsa, made entirely from the fantasy of the German sculptor Deva Manfredo, who for over 25 years has built an artistic itinerary immersed in nature, situated within a large oak forest 600 metres above sea level.
This open-air museum winds through anthropomorphic figures that seem to emerge from the earth, mini temples and cities of ancient civilizations, majestic mandalas made with coloured stones, stones with the bizarre forms of trees, and large stones that act as carpets of woven colours.
The wood invites you to stop and perceive yourselves and nature following a guided meditation route, but it also invites you to play, with a stone workshop for adults and children alike, where you can test your creativity.
