"La Giunca" Sculpture Park

The “La Giunca” Sculpture Park was the brainchild of sculptor and scenographer Franca Frittelli, who has brought her works together in a unique artistic park found on the provincial road of Giunca in Rosignano Marittimo.

The park is nestled on a slight slope: here, among oaks, olive groves and fruit trees, there are more than 30 sculptures that represent a part of Frittelli’s works dedicated to dance and which sculpted in the ‘90s with different materials, including marble, resin, stone and wood.

Inside the park, the artworks have been ordered by the artist in the way which suits them best scenically and allows visitors to admire the different perspectives and distances and fully appreciate the shapes and outlines of the sculptures.
