The Venturina Thermal Baths are located in the beautiful setting of the Etruscan Coast. The small town of Venturina Terme, located on the Via Aurelia, bears witness to its ancient past with the presence of the Etruscan-Roman Thermal Baths of Caldana, among the best known in Tuscany.
The precious "Aquae Populoniae", rich in sulfur, alkali and earth, flow in this area and have been known since Ancient Roman times. Because of their chemical and physical properties, they are particularly effective for the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of various diseases, including respiratory, ear, nose and throat, rheumatic, digestive, skin and circulatory system disorders (such as peripheral vascular diseases).
Inside the Terme di Venturina hotel, there are two pools: an indoor one, where the thermal water flows at 36°C (96.8°F) and a larger outdoor one surrounded by a garden, where the water temperature is 31°C (87.8°F).
Treatments such as thermal muds, balneotherapy, inhalation therapies and therapeutic massages are offered at the thermal spa and are covered by an agreement with the Italian National Health Service and the Italian National Institute for Insurance against Accidents at Work.
In addition to traditional thermal therapies, the facility also offers services dedicated to wellness and beauty treatments for the body, with standard or customized packages. The entire facility is on one floor, making it easily accessible to all.
