Day 1

Transfer and welcome dinner.

Day 2

Guided tour of Lucca, lunch in a restaurant and bicycle tour around the Walls. Cooking demonstration in the Villa and dinner.

Day 3

Guided tour of Villa Torrigiani. Wine tasting and lunch. Cooking class and dinner in the Villa.

Day 4

Guided tour of Florence and lunch in a trattoria. Dinner in the Villa with pizza menu.

Day 5

Visit to the food market in Pistoia. Funicular ride to Montecatini Alto and lunch. Cooking lesson using fresh ingredients bought at the market. Dinner at the villa.

Day 6

Cooking lesson on how to prepare a traditional Tuscan lunch. Departure for Lucca to visit the town and do some shopping. Opera recital in the church of San Giovanni. Dinner in a restaurant in Lucca.

Day 7

Transfer and lunch in the beautiful Vernazza area with a splendid view of the sea. Opera recital in the splendid chapel of the Villa. Gala dinner at the Villa.
