Bike tour through Lucca’s countryside until Montecarlo with wine tasting

A 30-kilometre bike ride discovering the Piana di Lucca and the rural areas that surround it, rich in olive groves and vineyards, where some of the best olive oils and wines of Tuscany are produced.

Starting from the center of Lucca, you will find yourself immersed in the quiet of Lucca’s countryside, riding up to the foot of the most evocative hills of the area. You will ride along secondary roads between the various green areas that surround the city, completely immersed in the nature and harmony that characterize these areas. With your bikes, you will reach the splendid town of Montecarlo, a small historic center located on an isolated hill and also surrounded by the splendid city Walls.
The last step of your tour will be a fantastic wine tasting accompanied by typical delicacies at the farm “La Torre wine resort“, one of the best farms of the area.

Notes:

• The ride will take place along secondary roads, mainly flat and away from traffic, on trekking bikes, e-bikes (Kalkhoff), Pinarello road bikes or Gravel bikes, depending on your requirements.
• Sportswear and sneakers are recommended.
• For groups with more than 4 people, quotes are on request.
