Our vacation villa offers four family-friendly apartments designed for a holiday of relaxation.
The garden and pool are securely fenced, providing a safe environment for both parents and children to enjoy. We offer a variety of games and equipment, including a trampoline, zip line, swings, soccer goals, football, ping pong, and a fitness corner. Bicycles are available for rent, and our property is bike-friendly. It is conveniently situated on the "Terre di Pisa Bike Trail" just 700 meters from Terricciola, renowned as the "city of wine".
During your stay, consider booking an optional Tuscan cooking class at a nearby farm or restaurant (additional cost applies).
Led by the Chef and her team, this class is tailored for both adults and children. The experience begins with an apron ceremony. Throughout the cooking session, enjoy small snacks and refreshments and receive step-by-step guidance from the chef. Once everything is prepared, sit down together to savor your creations, a true culinary delight captured in memorable photos!

You have the possibility to book a cooking course thanks to our long-term partners. Here are some examples:
- A) Typical Tuscan menu – Tuesday afternoons from 15:00 p.m. or 16:00 p.m
Duration: 4 hours + dinner
Preparation: 3 typical Tuscan dishes.
The selection of dishes will be made by the staff, also based on the dietary restrictions specified by the participants at the time of booking.
Afterwards: dinner together with local wines - B) Pasta and pizza making course – Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. or 15:00 p.m
Duration: 3 hours + lunch/dinner
Preparation: 3 courses – various savory pizzas, flatbreads and also sweet pizzas

Cancellation
and no-show policies
- More than 60 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the deposit is due.
- From 60 to 30 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the deposit + 50% of the balance is due.
- Less than 30 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the deposit + 90% of the balance is due.
- In case of no-show by the tenant: 100% of the deposit + 95% of the balance is due.
- In case of early departure by the tenant: 100% of the deposit + 100% of the balance is due.
