Flavours experience, from the mill to the plate in Pozzo della Chiana

The experience will begin with a visit to the cellar and continue with a walk towards the mill where you will observe the milling. You will then prepare the flour to make the puff pastry for three different types of pasta: pici, tagliatelle and tortellini.
At the end of the journey you will taste your pasta with three different types of sauce, combined with a selection of wines. During the course, small tastings of local products will be served accompanied by wines from the farm.
