Cooking class in Florence: from the market to the table

Learn to cook typical dishes of Tuscan and Italian cuisine thanks to the chef who will teach you tricks and procedures that, once at home, you can replicate autonomously. The class will begin with a visit to the Florence Central Market during which our Italian chef will help you choose the best ingredients.

Once you have bought all the necessary ingredients, you will reach the cooking class where you will start preparing your meal. During the four-hour lesson, you will prepare a full Tuscan and Italian meal, from appetizer to dessert.

We will first prepare all the necessary ingredients by washing and cutting them. Our chef will show you how to prepare fresh pasta from the basic ingredients and you will have the opportunity to knead it yourself! You will also cook the sauce (tomato, bolognese sauce or pesto), the "bruschetta" as an appetizer, as well as a dessert!

Our chef will show you how to decorate your dish and finally, you can taste the fantastic dishes prepared by you. Lunch will be accompanied by a local wine, water or soft drink. At the end of the class, you will also receive a Participation Certificate signed by the chef, as well as recipes for the dishes you have prepared so that you can try them at home.
