Three days cycling between the city and its green surroundings, a tour of art, nature and local flavours
During your stay, you will take part in a guided bike tour of about 30 kilometres to discover the Piana di Lucca and the surrounding rural areas, rich in olive groves and vineyards that produce excellent EVO oils and DOC and IGP wines. The package includes accommodation in a 4-star hotel or a period residence in the historic centre of Lucca.
Notes:
- The outing will take place along secondary roads away from traffic and mostly flat, on trekking bikes, e-Bikes (Kalkhoff), Pinarello road bikes or gravel bikes, Colnago road bikes depending on your needs.
- Comfortable clothing and trainers are recommended.

Plan
- Day 1
Arrival in Lucca and check-in at the hotel. Afterwards, you will visit the city of Lucca at your leisure.
- Day 2
Breakfast at the hotel before a bike ride of about 30 kilometres to discover the Plain of Lucca and the surrounding rural areas, rich in olive groves and vineyards that produce some of Tuscany's finest oils and wines. Starting from the centre of Lucca, you will find yourself immersed in the tranquillity of the surrounding countryside up to the foot of the area's most suggestive hills. By bike you will reach the splendid village of Montecarlo, situated on a secluded hill and also surrounded by splendid city walls. You will conclude the tour with a fantastic tasting of wines and local products at the La Torre wine resort, one of the best farms in the area.
