E-bike tour from San Gimignano to Volterra
Thanks to a local guide and comfortable e-bikes, we will visit two ancient villages with their great history and a picnic is also included!
A pick-up and drop-off service is available directly from your accommodation in Florence (shuttle service is not included in the offer price).
After a 45-minute car ride, we will arrive at the city of San Gimignano, which you will explore with our local guide, Pietro. Once the visit is over, we will set off on our e-bikes towards Volterra. The route will take us through breathtaking secondary roads; we will enjoy a picnic surrounded by the Tuscan hills, including a tasting of a selection of wines we chose (be careful not to drink too much, we still have to ride bikes afterwards!).
Near Volterra, we will visit one of the best-preserved Roman theatres in Italy. Then we will enjoy a refreshing ice cream from a well-known artisanal ice cream shop in the center of Volterra. After visiting the city, our transfer will take us back to Florence.
The tour is designed for small groups (2 to 8 participants).
