E-Bike tour on the first hills of Chianti

Beautiful e-Bike ride in the Chianti area on the Florentine hills. We will cycle along scenic dirt roads, cypress avenues, near the estate of the singer Sting, who has lived in Tuscany since 1997; we will pass the ancient hamlet of Ponte agli Stolli dating back to the 13th century with the ruins of its Roman bridge (in whose waterfall perhaps it will be possible to take a bath), the Romanesque parish church and the castle of Gaville dating back to the year 1000.

At the end of the tour, we will have the opportunity to make a tasting of pecorino cheese in a local farm located in an old furnace that now houses the cheese-aging room. We will taste 4 types of pecorino cheese of different ages accompanied by locally produced wine.
