We will leave from Florence and arrive in Rome cycling along the Via Francigena, the Via Romea del Chianti and the Eroica with stages of 60 kilometres, passing by the most iconic towns of Tuscany and Lazio.

Cancellation
and no-show policies
Out of the Box Florence retains 10% of the total booking for management of the booking itself. Customers will receive a refund or credit if they cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, minus 10%. Customers will also receive a refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. The booking costs applied by the booking portal are non-refundable. Customers can contact us by phone to cancel or to ask for information about it. No-shows will be charged at the full price. “Private experiences” or “customised experiences” are fully refundable (excluding 10% of booking management) if the cancellation or modification occurs within 15 days of the experience, after which is no longer refundable in full. If the modification or cancellation occurs within 15 days before the experience, 50% will be refunded, excluding transition costs and 10% for booking management.
If you cancel your private or personalized tour:
- 59 – 48 days before the trip – we charge 25% of the tour price
- 47 – 37 days before the trip – we charge 40% of the trip price
- 36 – 22 days before the trip we charge 80% of the trip price
- Up to 15 days before the trip we will charge 100% of the tour price
