Cooking class in Lucca with Monica, to discover traditional Tuscan cuisine

This cooking class will begin with the preparation of a starter featuring fried pizza dough and sage, paired with Prosecco. 

Next, we’ll dive into a variety of fried delicacies: zucchini flowers, zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, and onions, all served with polenta and seasonal sauces. The main dish will be fresh pasta, "bigoli" made with 00 flour. 

For dessert, you will create either "Buccellato fritto," a typical local sweet, or Tiramisù upon request. All dishes will be paired with Prosecco or red wine, your choice. 

The meal will be enjoyed in the garden if the season allows. Join Monica for an unforgettable culinary experience!
