Giusti Cave at sunset
Exciting excursion to discover the Valdinievole territory
We will start from the famous spa complex by retracing its historical events. We will descend to the cliffs and outcrops of Grotta Giusti, a spectacular place that will not fail to surprise us. The Cave Grigia and Cave Rossa are part of a context of geological interest, we will explore the various aspects of the formation of the Tuscan territory doing an interesting geotrekking.
We will face a steep and spectacular climb that will take us to admire the sunset from the church of San Nicolao where the view sweeps from Montalbano to the Apuan Alps.
Having lit our flashlights, we will enter an evocative path among the former quarry fronts and limestone cliffs of the Monsummano hill including the "Paretone "and the "Cava Grande," for a compelling and evocative experience.
