Hiking in Chianti: tour of etruscan tomb
Guided walk to discover an historical and little-known site in Monteridolfi in Chianti
A beautiful walk in the Chianti countryside, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. An easy (about 6 Km) and very scenic walk to reach an ancient place, rich in history and still little-known.
We will visit the remains of the Etruscan tomb of the archer, discovered by chance in the 1970s and, taking a leap of almost 3000 years, we will relax in the unusual contemporary art park (unique of its kind in this area of Chianti) owned by a local farm where we will be welcomed with good wine and a picnic basket for a snack.
An experience between history, art and nature accompanied by a local guide. We recommend comfortable shoes, closed, suitable for walking in the countryside and a bottle of water.
Note: It is always available on the date and hours to be agreed upon.
