Our four comfortable apartments are located about 600 meters from the center of Terricciola, at the entrance of which stands a majestic noble residence, inhabited by the Gherardi del Testa family for over 400 years.
We recommend that our guests visit the residence, where you will have the privilege of admiring salons with centuries-old frescoes, paintings, and antique furniture, which house numerous works of great beauty. Accompanied by Count Cosimo and Countess Valeria, you can explore the magnificent private court and take a journey back in time to the 17th, 18th, and 19th centuries. In this unique historical setting, those interested can also participate in a tasting of fine wines, accompanied by local products. The wines will be presented directly by their producer.
Stay in Terricciola, the City of Wine, the perfect destination for lovers of Bacchus's favorite beverage and for anyone wanting to enjoy a stay in the heart of classic Tuscany, surrounded by art and culture. Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Livorno, Lucca, and Florence are just 30-60 minutes away by car. The large garden, pool, and various games and facilities ensure relaxation and entertainment: trampoline, zip line, swings, soccer goals, foosball, ping pong, fitness corner, and the option to rent bicycles. Our property is bike-friendly and located on the "Terre di Pisa Bike Trail."

- More than 60 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the deposit is due
- From 60 to 30 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the deposit + 50% of the remaining balance
- Less than 30 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the deposit + 90% of the remaining balance
- In case of no-show by the tenant: 100% of the deposit + 95% of the remaining balance
- In case of early departure by the tenant: 100% of the deposit + 100% of the remaining balance
