Colle di Sotto Cottage enjoys a 360° panorama from a green and quiet hill, which opens directly onto spectacular views of the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

The cottage can accommodate up to four people and consists of a bright and fully equipped kitchen with the most modern comforts, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk-in showers. Upstairs there is an open-space upper gallery with fireplace and a large living room, with two comfortable sofas. The cottage has been renovated using traditional materials: local stone, exposed wooden beams and Florentine terracotta floors, giving a touch of simple elegance. Outside there is a spacious bright veranda, elegantly furnished, where you can sunbathe and have splendid outdoor breakfasts or romantic dinners, and where our guests can relax whenever they want with a unique, quiet and suggestive view. 

The wonderful infinity pool with hydromassage, furnished with sun loungers, reclining chairs, table and chairs is surrounded by lawns and framed by the rolling hills, is a lovely place to relax and take a refreshing dip. The cottage is equipped with independent heating, smart TV, Wi-Fi (free), DVD player and stereo with CD player, air conditioning (on request), car parking and a large independent garden. The property is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. 

Special Offer 2025 - Il Colle di Sotto. We can apply a 10% discount on all weekly reservations, Saturday/Saturday, at any time of the year, and a 5% in the months of July, August and December, both for the villa and the cottage.
