Our villa is offered up to ten guests in low season with a minimum stay of 5 nights with a starting price of euro 6.250 and in high season (July and August) with a minimum period of 7 nights with a starting price of euro 8.800.
For a booking of minimum 7 nights a welcome dinner is offered on the arrival day.

Mulino della Solaia is a beautiful luxurious recent conversion of an old olive oil mill in the hills of Tuscany, south of Siena, with an exclusive private garden, equipped swimming pool and spectacular views over a forested valley.
Mulino della Solaia has been restored to very high standards with traditional exterior, the interior is tastefully modern, air-conditioned throughout.
Set over two floors, the mill is an independent building with a huge living area with a fireplace. The villa has ceiling-height picture windows looking over the sun terrace. It offers a dining room seating ten next to a fully equipped modern kitchen. Next to the original millstone is a game room and the TV room. At one end of the mill is a ground-floor bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor, at one end of the corridor is the master bedroom, at the other a large bedroom with two more bedrooms between them. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with luxuriously modern bathroom fittings.

Organised trips and guided tours to Siena and other cities may be arranged with detailed directions and suggestions on what to see with those little places only the locals will know.
