Pienza & Val d'Orcia e-bike tour
Thanks to a transfer service and a local guide, we will ride through the beautiful Tuscany's landscape
After a short presentation by our local guide Pietro, and a general briefing, we will travel in a circular excursion for approximately 17 miles with comfortable e-bikes.
One of the stops will be the small city of Pienza. Located in Val d'Orcia, in southern Tuscany, a few kilometres from Montalcino and Montepulciano, Pienza is a tiny gem that unfolds among breathtaking views and rolling Tuscan hills. In 1997, the village became a UNESCO World Heritage site!
To make this experience even more unforgettable, we will allow you to have lunch surrounded by nature. After lunch, we will continue our tour along one of the most famous white roads in the world, where the film "The Gladiator" was shot. The e-bike tour will end in the village of Bagno Vignoni, famous for its main square, which still houses one of the oldest thermal springs in Italy.
Notes:
- The exact meeting point will be chosen near your hotel. If you are staying outside of Florence, no problem: we have a shuttle available that will pick you up and take you back directly to your accommodation (the service is not included in the price of the offer).
