Pienza & Val d'Orcia e-bike tour

After a short presentation by our local guide Pietro, and a general briefing, the tour will begin. We will travel in a circular excursion for approximately 17 miles (28 kilometres) with comfortable e-bikes. One of the stops will be the small city of Pienza. Located in Val d'Orcia, in southern Tuscany, a few kilometres from Montalcino and Montepulciano, Pienza is a tiny gem that unfolds among breathtaking views and rolling Tuscan hills. In 1997, Pienza became a UNESCO World Heritage site!

To make this experience even more unforgettable, we will give you the opportunity to have lunch surrounded by nature. We will offer you a delicious picnic with typical local products, including a tasting of a selection of wines we chose. After lunch, we will continue our tour along one of the most famous white roads in the world, where the film "The Gladiator" was shot.

The e-bike tour will end in the village of Bagno Vignoni, famous for having one of the oldest thermal springs in Italy in its main square, which is still active today. A well-deserved relaxation awaits you: as an extra service, you can spend the afternoon in the luxurious SPA of the 4-star Hotel Posta Marcucci. You will have the opportunity to fully recharge your energy after the excursion. In this case, the return to Florence is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.

Note: The exact meeting point will be chosen to be as close as possible to your hotel. If you are staying outside of Florence, no problem: we have a shuttle available that will pick you up and take you back directly to your accommodation. The shuttle service is not included in the price of the offer.
