Podere Ema was established in 2001, within a dynamic winemaking environment in the heart of Chianti. It's a dream of authenticity, rediscovery, and a testament to great passion and innovative vision.
Our "Immersive Winery Experience" takes guests on a journey through the history of Tuscan wine, from the vine to the glass, inside our cellar. The experience is enriched by insights from renowned figures in enology, such as Gian Vettorio Soderini, Francesco Redi, and Pellegrino Artusi. Through a series of emotional audiovisual installations, featuring video mapping and spatialized audio, you will be guided on an engaging cognitive path.
The experience concludes with a guided wine tasting, set in front of the vineyards, fully immersed in the beautiful landscapes of the Chianti hills.

- Tour in the vineyard where we will tell you about our company philosophy, focused on the cultivation of native Tuscan grapes

- Wine tasting starting from 4 IGT Tuscany wines from the last vintage, overlooking our vineyards, served by breadsticks/ taralli and mineral water

Cancellation
and no-show policies
The full amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 2 days or more before the start of the experience.
No refund will be given if the cancellation is made 2 days or less before the start of the experience or in case of no-show.
