Our holiday apartments are nestled in the heart of the Terre di Pisa, one of Tuscany's most enchanting regions, just 700 meters from the center of the medieval village of Terricciola.
Terricciola, known as the "City of Wine" is celebrated for its outstanding wine production. This ancient Etruscan settlement is home to 23 professional wineries that specialize in crafting high-quality wines. It's a peaceful haven set amidst a lush, rolling landscape, perfectly positioned between the renowned art cities of Florence, Pisa, and Volterra.
For wine enthusiasts, we highly recommend participating in the grape harvest in Terricciola, an experience that can be booked upon arrival (additional cost applies). Guided by an expert, you'll have the chance to explore the fascinating world of grape harvesting directly in the vineyards. You'll learn about the entire process and even get hands-on with grape picking and pressing!
- Harvest Experience (2 hours)
- Visit to the olive mill and winery
- Tasting of the winery's own wines and local products: Savor three selected wines paired with a light lunch featuring local specialties and extra virgin olive oil (EVOO).

The price refers to a minimum stay of three nights in the "Elisa" one-bedroom apartment and includes:
- Final cleaning
- Water, hot water, electricity, and gas
- Heating
- Use of the pool with loungers and umbrellas
- Outdoor parking (fenced within the property)
- Remote control for the entrance gate
- Garden furniture and equipment
- Bed linen (without weekly change)
- Tablecloths, kitchen towels
- Cutlery, dishes, kitchen equipment, and utensils
Vouchers:
- 1 voucher for a wine tasting at a winery in Terricciola
- 1 voucher for an olive oil tasting at a gourmet shop in Volterra
- 1 voucher for booking a tennis court at a special rate at a tennis club near Terricciola
- 1 voucher for booking a massage at your vacation home
- Various discount vouchers for shopping in the village and surrounding areas (small shops and local producers)

Cancellation
and no-show policies
- More than 60 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the deposit is due
- From 60 to 30 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the deposit + 50% of the remaining balance
- Less than 30 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the deposit + 90% of the remaining balance
- In case of no-show by the tenant: 100% of the deposit + 95% of the remaining balance
- In case of early departure by the tenant: 100% of the deposit + 100% of the remaining balance
