During your stay in our bike-friendly apartments, you'll enjoy all the amenities that cycling enthusiasts appreciate. Our accommodations are designed to cater to the needs of cyclists, with special features listed in the "Prices Include" section.
The reference price listed under "Starting from..." is for a one-week stay in a one-bedroom apartment during the low season. For stays of at least three nights, feel free to contact us, and we'll find a suitable solution for you.
While you're here, you can book private mountain bike or e-bike tours through the untouched landscapes of Terre di Pisa. These tours include sections of the new bike trail, with stops at places like Terricciola, Peccioli (named Borgo dei Borghi 2024), Lari with its majestic castle and the Martelli family pasta factory, Lajatico with its Teatro del Silenzio and hometown of Andrea Bocelli, and the medieval town of Volterra, once the capital of the northern Etruscan empire.
Both half-day and full-day bike tours are available. An English-speaking tour guide, who is also a former professional cyclist, will either meet you at the starting point or come directly to your accommodation. They will lead you along the most scenic bike paths, showcasing the region's top attractions. You can also opt to include a light lunch or Tuscan dinner at a local farm stay, as well as wine and product tastings during your tour.
In the "supplemental charges" section, you'll find more details about the three customizable "Pillole di Terre di Pisa Bike Trail" tours, which can be tailored to your preferences.
Prices include
- 7 nights in a one-bedroom apartment (for shorter stays, contact us for a solution)

- Use of the pool (operational from May 1st to September 30th) with sunbeds and umbrella

Collaboration with local rentals for added convenience and technical support:
- Option to book 3 guided and customized mountain bike or e-bike tours. The cost is €100 per person (up to 2 people), €75 per person (3-4 people), €65 per person (5-8 people).
- Technical support transport service in case of issues.
- Option to receive massages after the tour directly in your apartment from external professionals.

Cancellation
and no-show policies
- More than 60 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the deposit is due
- From 60 to 30 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the deposit + 50% of the remaining balance
- Less than 30 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the deposit + 90% of the remaining balance
- In case of no-show by the tenant: 100% of the deposit + 95% of the remaining balance
- In case of early departure by the tenant: 100% of the deposit + 100% of the remaining balance
