Come to Podere Nocciolo to spend a week surrounded by the unique landscape of the Tuscan hills
Podere Nocciolo is one of the exclusive farms of Fattoria Ricrio, in the province of Pisa, in Montecatini Val Di Cecina. The sea is about 20 kilometres away, providing the area with a mild climate and a light breeze even on hot summer days. The structure combines typical Tuscan materials with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi with total coverage, a chromotherapy shower, and a small fitness room. It is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in Tuscany.
A dirt road of about 700 meters leads to the Casale, which features a large shaded parking area. The house is on two floors, each with independent entrances.
Ground floor. There is an entrance leading to a large living room with a sofa, TV, and fireplace area. The layout includes a hallway, dining area, and open kitchen. There are three double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, one of which includes a private sitting room. One of the bathrooms is suitable for people with disabilities. An internal staircase leads to the first floor.

The most striking feature of this farmhouse is its stunning view. There is a large arbour with a table and chairs conveniently located near the BBQ with a wood-burning oven. A gentle path leads down to the infinity pool, which overlooks the valley and is fenced for the safety of young children. Next to the pool, a small room is equipped with fitness equipment. Completing the outdoor area is a charming terrace with sofas and seating arranged around a convivial brazier, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings.
