Sunset from the mountains of Mugello

We will meet in the main square of Vicchio, a delightful village of medieval origin and we will reach the near countryside to start the hike and explore this area rich in history, immersed in nature, once inhabited by peasant people that in past centuries has characterized the Tuscan landscape and made it unique in the world.

Along the way, we will meet rural houses, abandoned sacral places, a Romanesque Church and we will visit a typical chestnut cultivation.

After a pleasant walk under the last rays of sunlight, you will find yourself in a beautiful panoramic spot among oak and chestnut trees, away from noises of the valley and surrounded only by the Apennines, a mountain range that binds the whole of Italy. This is the perfect location to relax and taste traditional food and wine, enjoying the magic sunset atmosphere.

This is a unique, intimate experience in a place that evokes an ancient atmosphere, living in silence, listening to the sounds of nature, and observing the wild animals that come out at night.
