Lapo and Ilaria will teach you the traditional method for the production and ageing of pecorino, a typical cheese in various areas of Tuscany. You will learn how to produce two other types of cheese (raveggiolo and ricotta) with your own hands.
It is a unique and different experience: you can visit the farm and see its animals up close, such as the rooster, hens, geese, ducks, and, of course, the sheep, from whose milk the cheese is derived.
To conclude, a tasting of Tuscan bruschetta, pecorino cheese, pasta and ricotta with jam. All accompanied by a good wine.
