The noble and historic variety, the only white DOCG in Tuscany and the first in Italy, which Fattoria La Torre produces in 4 different interpretations, from the fresh and mineral Vernaccia “La Villa” to the complex and enveloping Vernaccia Riserva “Sciallebianco”, passing through the selections Vernaccia “Acquaiole”, of which we propose a mini vertical tasting of the vintages 2021, 2022, 2023, and Vernaccia “Carrobacco”, accompanied by four different types of cheeses specially matched.
