Tuscan cooking class: traditional Pasta menù

Have fun while learning how to cook in an engaging, familiar, and friendly atmosphere. Learn Nonna's secrets and tricks to prepare two different traditional fresh Pasta and our famous Tiramisù.

Take the opportunity to taste quality local wines, expertly paired by Giacomo, Chef and Sommelier: He will accompany you on a genuine food and wine journey!

You'll begin by meeting Giacomo and the other classmates on the panoramic terrace where the course program will be presented, talking about his Family's Organic Farm and sustainable production systems; you will also learn how the quality and genuineness of ingredients are the basis of Giacomo's kitchen philosophy. One of your goals will be acquiring the ability to choose the best ingredients before treating them to prepare your Tuscan Pasta at home.

At the end of the class, you'll sit around the large table to taste a 4-course menù:

• Appetizer with local salumi, 
• Pappardelle with Tuscan meat Ragù
• Pici with a traditional sauce

A glass of selected local wine paired with each dish: Giacomo will also explain the food-wine match.

Finally you will taste the dessert sitting relaxed on the terrace whilst enjoying the amazing views.
