Pappa al pomodoro is a traditional first course made with stale Tuscan bread and homemade tomato sauce, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and plenty of fresh basil. 

This fragrant dish, cherished by Tuscan and Lucchese families, is best enjoyed warm, accompanied by excellent prosecco directly sourced from the producer. 

As an appetizer, you'll prepare two types of bruschetta: one with extra virgin olive oil and the other with lardo. For dessert, you'll enjoy tiramisù or another local sweet of your choice.
