Visit to the historic stores of Lucca & Aperitif experience

You will discover Lucca's ancient stores and their beautiful signs (refined works of art, meticulously crafted and often perfectly preserved to this day).

Among the oldest still-active businesses, we’ll visit Carli Jewelry (since 1665), Giusti Bakery (since 1900), Taddeucci Pastry Shop (since 1881), famous for its Buccellato made with a secret recipe, Massagli Pharmacy (founded in 1855), the Da Felice pizza-by-the-slice shop, Italy’s most extensive underground wine cellar, a truffle product shop, and many more.

Afterwards, we will learn how to prepare an aperitivo based on my family’s tradition and enjoy it with seasonal treats typical of the region.

In 2019, Cesarine were named as an official Slow Food Community.
