We kindly request that if you need to cancel or reschedule your wine tasting experience, you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
This advance notice allows us to make necessary arrangements and accommodate other guests.
We will be more than happy to reschedule your tasting at a mutually convenient time or provide a full refund of any pre-paid fees. However, if you fail to notify us within the specified timeframe, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or reschedule your appointment.
