Elegant villa located in the heart of the Val d'Orcia, built in the second half of the 17th century, once a stop along the Via Francigena. Surrounded by a park of oaks and cypress trees and positioned on a hill with breathtaking panoramic views, it is ideal for hosting guests and friends.

The villa can accommodate up to 24+2 guests. On the ground floor, there are three spacious living rooms, two with stone fireplaces and one with a piano, offering access to the semicircular terracotta solarium. The ground floor also features two double bedrooms with private bathrooms with showers. There is a study, a bar area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Completing the ground floor are a laundry/wardrobe room, a small living room, and a billiard room.

On the first floor, there are three double rooms and five matrimonial rooms, one with a panoramic terrace, all with private bathrooms and showers. On the lower floor, a relaxation room overlooks the pool, while a fitness room and a relaxation area with ping-pong offer leisure moments. There is also a double room, a matrimonial room, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a service bathroom. Guests can also enjoy a massage bed and a fully equipped yoga room. The villa is also equipped with a laundry room and pantry. Pets are welcome.

The historical park is enhanced by a stunning infinity pool (6×12 m), a barbecue area with a gazebo, a hot tub next to the pool, an outdoor play area, and a volleyball court. The villa has private parking.
