The exhibition of vintage racing bikes by historic Florentine artisans and workshops is being held at the Galleria delle Carrozze in Palace Medici Riccardi from June 20 to 29, on the occasion of the Grand Départ of the Tour de France 2024, which as it is known will start from Florence.
It is a private collection of around 25 racing bicycles made by Florentine artisans, provided by members of Misericordia del Galluzzo, set up in an exhibition explaining their technical features.
The bicycle dedicated to Gino Bartali - the legendary Florentine racer who won two editions of Tour de France, in 1938 and in 1948 - can also be admired.
Free entrance.
