
Over the weekend of March 15-16 the rooms of Officina Creativa at the Conventino, in the Oltrarno district of Florence. will once again be filled with local specialities for Il Gusto Toscano, with more than 30 wine producers, food artisans and master distillers.
This is an appointment not to be missed to come into contact with the territory's excellent food and wine products: it is not a fair, but, thanks to the way it is structured, with masterclasses and tastings, it is effectively a two-day cultural in-depth study of the territory, traditional and more innovative processes.
On the programme there are many free events that can be booked in advance, and special guests such as Leonardo Romanelli, Barbara Babi Tedde or Paolo Bini are expected to take participants along the roads of Tuscan taste. Cultural events are also on the schedule, with book presentations and the meetings with publishers.
