On Saturday, November 30, a convivial moment is planned, with a tasting dinner with food and wine pairing at Belvedere Restaurant. Each producer will present the most representative wine from their cellar, paired with dishes from the local poor cuisine.

On Sunday, December 1, from 9 a.m. to noon and 2 p.m. to 6.30 p.m., Palazzo Galletti will host tasting booths featuring Upper Piedmont producers and local food and wine realities.
