An appointment with local wine producers
Montemassi is getting ready to host the second edition of Calici sotto il Castello (Glasses under the Castle), on Thursday, August 1, from 8 p.m.
About 20 wine producers from the area and beyond have joined the initiative and will have their wines tasted at booths that will be located in the streets of the historical center, between Via del Capezzuolo, Piazza Salotto, Piazza della Chiesa and Piazza Padella.
For the occasion, food stations will also be set up and there will be live music.
The choice of the hamlet of Montemassi is also motivated by the new life of the Castle, the subject of recent redevelopment and enhancement.
