Calici di Stelle in Montepulciano

Calici di Stelle in Montepulciano returns on August 10, on the magical night of San Lorenzo, with tastings of Rosso di Montepulciano DOC and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, musical entertainment, local artisans and workshops for children.  

The red wine tastings will be held in three different ways: 

• guided, by appointment, and paired with typical local products at the Temple of San Biagio and on the Terrace of Vicolo del Leone
• itinerant in the historic centre where ten tasting points will be set up
• at dinner in the 8 Contrade del Bravìo delle Botti di Montepulcian

The wine-tasting service is entrusted to the professionalism of FISAR sommeliers, while musical entertainment is provided by local artists and in collaboration with the H. W. Henze Music Institute of Montepulciano. 

There will also be a space dedicated to children with a workshop of star creations and an area dedicated to local crafts. 

Starting from the afternoon, it will be possible to discover the historic centre and the monumental cellars of Montepulciano with guided visits by Valdichiana Living.
